I brought my laptop to the net cafe today, so I’ve ben able to czech all my email (147 messages on the GML alone XD) and upload a bunch of pictures. They’ll be in /pics/0406.11/, and eventually on the front page when mom puts them on her homepage and links to them from there.
Oh, since anyone that’s reading this is actually in the know, I no longer have a link through to the main site from the front page because the addess to the site somehow got on the mailing list for the campaign, and I don’t want a bunch of random people poking around on this site with no idea what it is. Yeah.
Also, Rusty’s given me the memory card from his camera, so eventually all his pictures will be up in /pics/rusty, at least temporarily.
Finally, I decided to run a traceroute from here to see how the traffic would route to lifegrid-40-1.onecall, which is the last stop on TEH INFORMATIAN SUPARHIGHEWAIGH before the ISDN router in Neuhaus basement. Here’s the result:

1. Ben, your blog is still not accessible from the front page.
2. You look 50 1337 in some of these photos. There’s all these jock-type guys hanging out around you, and some nice-looking (not as in “sexy”, but as in “appears to be a nice person”) girls, too, and there’s you, in your suit, and shades, and your huge well-built form. You’re rockin’ these photos. ๐
3. It’s only too bad that the MTA isn’t in some of these photos. I know why he’s not! :p But I’m just saying, it’d be pretty cool to see him adventuring with you. “The Adventures of Paco Cheezdom and Turf”, so to speak. ๐

Why is that tracert noteworthy?

The traceroute is noteworthy only because I felt like running one. Also, it shows how the trunk lines connect between North and South America. Sorta.
