Microsoft banality fixed by crufty hack, film at 11. (DJ HREF REMIX)

Jump to Comments I found a very silly workaround to get Internet Explorer 5.5+ on a Win32 program to actually render a PNG’s alpha-layer transparency (Why is this not on by default? Blast you, MS.), so the iaatb logo on the wine layout for the blog won’t have a crappy window-colored background for all you windows schmucks that don’t use a real browser.

There, dangit! Fixed link.

  • I use IE because, for unknown reasons, I can’t view Flash files in anything else (not even Flash Player!!!).

Also, I love how your precious browser does not exist. ;) “http://www.iaatb.net/blog/www.mozilla.org”

  • Your “real browser” link was pwned by your shitty old MT mis-parsing the URL.

  • Actually, that’s just a general ‘flaw’ in how hyperlinks work. The http has to be put inside the href or the broswer just thinks that it’s a subfolder of the current directory, which I guess oculd be good… soemtimes.

  • it’s still broken

  • I don’t use Mozilla because I like spiting you. HAHAHAHAHAHA
